Disabled access
Effingham, Frobisher, Grenville and Horatio are ground level apartments and have all been rated M1 under the National Accessibility Scheme. Kitchen worktops and utilities are standard height and the layout of the apartments is unsuitable for lifting equipment (which is not provided)
Additionally, Effingham bathroom and Grenville shoer room have the aids listed below. Wheelchair users with helpful companions or are able to walk a few steps, may find that these apartments are qualitatively M2/M3 under the National Accessibility Scheme but do not fully conform to these ratings.
Effingham - bath lift, toilet raiser, additional grab rails
Grenville - built-in shower seat, toilet raiser, additional grab rails

Parking
The apartments don't have dedicated parking spaces, but you can park alongside to unload/load at the beginning and end of your holiday, and there's plenty of parking nearby in the harbour. If you have disabilities and would like assistance with your arrival and departure we’ll be pleased to help.
Berthing
If you have a boat, you can bring it with you - trailer parking and use of our public slipway is free. If you launch and recover your boat yourself each day and store your boat on your trailer you won't pay any boating costs. If you'd like to arrange a floating space for your boat, standard marina charges apply. Please contact the marina directly for berthing instructions.
Water supply
Mylor Yacht Harbour does not run off mains water, instead it has its own bore hole supply. The water is filtered a number of times before it reaches the taps and is suitable for drinking, it is quite possibly purer than normal mains fed water!
Holidays inclusive of…
Electricity, central heating, hot water, car parking and trailer parking are included in the price of your accommodation. Bed linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and cleaning materials are also included. For bookings of two weeks or more there is a complimentary linen change and clean each week. If you require any extra linen changes please let the office know on your arrival. There is a small charge for this service.
